Lisa graduated from La Trobe University in 1998. She has since worked in both Regional and Metropolitan Melbourne in some of the leading public health institutions associated with Spinal Rehabiliation, Intensive Care, Occupational Rehabilitation and now in private practice. Lisa is dedicated to providing appropriate exercise and work place advice to avoid recurring injuries. A previous member of the Australian Athletics Team at the World Mountain Running Championships she also holds a special interest in lower limb and running injuries. She has raced for the past two years in the National Road Series with the Bicycle Superstore Women’s team and cracked the top 20 at the National Road Cycling Championships. She does what her husband, Tom, could only dream about!
Lisa competes in Triathlons in her spare time, manages her 2 beautiful daughters (Clare and Lucy) and makes a wicked zucchini slice.
