This class is designed to improve the mobility and strength for the entire lower leg, and back!

We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced levels to cater for all needs.

GLA:D

GLA:D or Good Life with osteoArthritis Denmark, is a 7 week education and strength program for individuals with hip and/or knee osteoarthritis.

OA-health

Post GLA:D Class

Our focus is to continue to maintain and build on the strength gained during GLA:D.

Youth-health

Our aim is to teach youth/adolescents the ability to perform basic exercises that will help to improve movement quality and decrease their risk of injury.

Pilates

Pilates is a low impact full body exercise class that focuses on core strength, muscle strength, flexibility and posture.
